A frustrating game for Magor started very well with some fast back play. Greg Turner breaking a tackle and accelerating away to score. Dan Thomas added the extras.
Next it was old Tyleryans turn.... Magor indiscipline led to a tap and go 10 m out and although the defence fought hard eventually it was breached. Another two penalties from old TS 8 and Magor were up against it. Dan Thomas then kicked a pen to bring the scores close, followed by a quick tap by Iestyn Rollins the Magor 9 from 5m out to score. Magor toiled and missed several chances including a missed pen from in front of the posts which would have put them into the lead.
Eventually Magor played about with the ball within their own try line to get smothered by Old Ts wise heads.From the scrum the old TS forwards borrowed over to cap a pretty miserable day for the visitors against a very well known enemy.
